The right sound system is critical for the success of any production, whether it be a music theatre, a house of worship or an amusement park. If it’s done right, no one will notice anything special. When it’s not right, the entire production suffers. This is a lesson the founders of Sandor Sound Systems learned over 30 years ago, when they were running the sound boards for some of the biggest names in entertainment.

There’s nothing like being part of a live performance. Having your hands on the equipment that determines the quality of the experience for thousands of listeners is a big responsibility, but it’s one that we embrace to this day. When we step in to design a new sound system for a customer, we do it as if we were going to be running it for every performance. In fact, if we wouldn’t be proud to run the system, we won’t install it.

While we’re careful to consider our customer’s budget in each design we submit, we don’t ask for those details until after we have modeled the space and settled on the ultimate solution for meeting our customer’s stated goals. Once we know how we would do it, we rebuild the system to meet the budget requirements. This allows us to engineer a system that can grow with the customer and that will eventually exceed all expectations at the lowest possible price.

With 60 years of combined experience, we’ve worked in just about every setting imaginable. Each facility has its own requirements and different customer goals call for different solutions. Finding the right mix of equipment to create the audio experience desired is an art form that is based in engineering realities. That’s why we start with a sophisticated wireframe model of the space. In fact, our drawings are so precise that we can work hand-in-hand with building architects and engineers from the earliest phases of the project.

We are intimately familiar with the performance specifications of all of the equipment we use in our designs, which includes the industry’s top names. We have re-seller relationships with many of these equipment suppliers, but are tied to none of them. We can design any system we want, utilizing any equipment we need to meet the customer’s goals.

We’re proud to have demonstrated our expertise in some of the nation’s most famous theatres and houses of worship in the country. While sound is our first best love, we have provided staging, lighting and video for our clients that require them.
